Everyone starts with a cone and a partner. On the “GO” command they face off with their partner to see who can flip and land their cone first. The person that is unsuccessful has 10 jumping jacks (or whatever exercise you desire). Once someone lands their cone both people find someone else to play. Play for 7-8 min.

Did this in a relay today with my running club. 4 cones set out in a line on their sides. First person runs to the first cone to flip it. If successful the next person goes to the next cone. This is done until all four cones have been flipped by one team. Great idea of using it as a challenge between two players.
