Description: Here is a great exercise for strength conditioning. Students are pulling themselves with a rope across the gym on scooters. Sometimes their are 3-4 students attached together. Loads of fun. Don Glover is the instructor.

Scat Cat

Description: Equpiment needed: Poly Dots
(The number of Poly Dots depends on how much movement you want. More dots equals less movement. I use about 15-20 less than the total number of students)

Scat Cat is a tagging game. When a student gets tagged, they have to go to Exercise Ally and perform the given exercises before returning to the game. The poly dots are safe spots and students can say "scat cat" to take over any dot. Change out exercises and taggers each round.

Horse and Chariot Relay

Team Resistance Ring

RacetrackFitness

Description: Students are paired up with a partner. One partner starts in the center (the Pit) the other begins on the perimeter (the racetrack). Five or six activities are set up in the center (the Pit). One partner begins in the center performing flexibility or strength exercise, while the other partner is going around the perimeter performing any locomotor movement. Intervals of 30 seconds of music with 10 seconds of silence can be used to signal role change. The student running the racetrack now goes to the pit and vice versa.
