Healthy Choice tag Tell students that today many young people are watching too myuch tv and playing too many video games. Choose two students to be the taggers and have them travel around the room using locomotor movements chasing after other students. This game is best if played on the lines of your floor space to discourage traveling at a high rat eof spped. if someone gets tagged they are to come up to the teacher and tell them wither a healthy activity choice (jumping rope, riding bike, etc...) or a healthy nutrition choice (fruits, vegetables, milk, etc.) before they can re-enter game. use a large foam swimming noodle as the tagger and write the words TOO MUCH TV nad TOO MUCH VIDEO GAMES on the noodles. Tell students that instead of watching too mch tv or playing too many video games they should make other healthy choices in their lives. This is what this game is all about. It is fun for everyone and is a great field day station as well.
