This rhythmic dance activity includes 4-5 students at each set of poles. Students jump inside and outside the poles while learning 5 steps: Bamboo Hop, Cross-Over, Bleking, Straddle, Straddle Turn. Students help others learn the steps then create their own routines.

I love the rhythm and all that jumping! Jumping is a wonderful exercise that really gets the heart pumping and the endorphines flowing!
