Great Activity. Done it with a group of only 5 kids and they did not stop moving for a second.
I started with just rolling the ball, and added the cikcing and the throwing during the activity, so the level of difficulty was changed all the time.

I play the same game but everyone has a pin so that there is no waiting time. In my game, students are allowed to leave their pin to go get a loose ball that is not being used but they must go back to their pin to throw the ball. If a student gets their pin knocked over, they have to go to the outside of the gymnasium and perform a fitness activity (jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, etc.) 5 times and then they may go back to their pin, stand it up and play again.

We play this and my students love it! To add some extra aerobic activity, I give everyone a pin, when their pin falls, they must run around the gym before they are allowed to play again! I also do it the way you showed as well! Line moves fast when out! We call it "Hector the Protector"
