Looks like a lot of fun. I will give this one a try with my students this school year.

This game is a wonderful "reward" for students on Friday after a long week of hard work. Its great for teachers too, because students are both willing and able to self-monitor. I saw nothing but smiles today!

We love this game at Playworks! Rubber chickens are always fun to include in games. It's simple so kids can play by themselves during recess. It keeps kids active. And it introduces/reinforces the game of Rock-Paper-Scissors which can be a simple conflict resolution technique for recess and school-wide. Ro Sham Bo Relay is another version without a rubber chicken that I have played with 1st through 5th graders: http://www.playworks.org/make-recess-count/games/ro-sham-bo-relay

I actually played this game today with 4th and 5th grade students and it was a HIT!!! I hyped it up by playing the Monday Night Football theme over my PA system and the kids were psyched!!!
