The object of the game is to knock all the pirates off the pirate ship using cannon balls.  The blue pirates vs. the red pirates.  The only pirates that can protect the pirate ship are the ones with the water noodles that represent swords.  The first team to sink all three ships wins using overhand and underhand throwing skills.

Pringles (not a healthy food choice) cans would make great targets! I can't wait to try this game. Thanks for sharing!

We played Pirates this week and it is great for getting kids to really concentrate on hitting a target (utilizing good technique). We moved the ships closer/farther away depending on skill level and substituted bowling pins for the pringles cans. We also called the person with the noodle/sword the captain. We "keep or sweep (get rid of)" every new game we try and this was an overwhelming KEEP!

The creative, yet simple games with uncomplicated objectives are always the best ones. Way to go, this is a killer game
