Scooter Pull

Here is a great exercise for strength conditioning. Students are pulling themselves with a rope across the gym on scooters. Sometimes their are 3-4 students attached together. Loads of fun. Don Glover is the instructor.

I have done this before as part of a circuit! I attatched the rope to the wall at two ends of the gym and had the students pull back and forth from one side to another, while the other kids were doing another part of the circuit. Have the students sit on carpet square for more resistance!! Good activity!
