			<description><![CDATA[I have done this before as part of a circuit! I attatched the rope to the wall at two ends of the gym and had the students pull back and forth from one side to another, while the other kids were doing another part of the circuit. Have the students sit on carpet square for more resistance!! Good activity!]]></description>
