This is an example of an exercise routine our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders do at the beginning of class. There are four exercises; one works on cardio, one on upper body flexibility, one on lower body flexibility, and one of muscular strength. We have four student leaders lead the classes through the exercises. Each exercise lasts 30 seconds.

When do you switch to the next exercise or is their a set number the leaders count to or do you say switch. Like the idea.

I walk around and say switch. I haven't watched this video in a year. This past year we went to squads instead of having each class sit on the lines. It keeps the kids spread out better.
