I am anti-dodgeball but this actually has some substance. What do those eurofoam balls cost?

Thanks. Nothing in life is guaranteed but(in spite of whatever my final game rating ends up being) this game should work for almost any elementary teacher. The light blue 6 1/4" are $15. I haven't tried the 7", which is $16. The 8" is $20. They one I showed tends to curve off at the end of the flight pattern, especially when brand new. But it is worth the trade off in this activity, as well as some other games.

This game looks like so much fun. I'm certainly going to try it. Thanks.

This is an awesome game! How many kids have you played this with?

The biggest class I've ever had was 30 students...not too much fun in a small gym. However, one of the best times I've had playing this was a massive game with 80 PE teachers in a full size gym. The one adjustment I make with larger numbers, or older students, is to only allow them to only hold one ball, which gives the runners a fighting chance.

This game looks fantastic! Even though I already own gator skins, I just placed an order for 10 Eurofoam balls, just so I can play this game. Thank you so much for sharing!

Cool game! If you are anti dodge ball (which I am not) you can use bean bags on the death star and have the students try and slide the bean bags to strike the runners feet. Then use other objects for them to collect.

Great game, I found that it worked better for us with a bucket on only one side of the gym, this made it harder for the Luke's and Leah's and reduced the number of beanbags to count.

For the longest time, I also had beanbags on just one side. I passed this on to another teacher who came up with the brilliant idea of putting bags on each end. That helped eliminate disagreements over someone being caught or not.
