created Sneek Thru Tee Ball
Batting Team and Field Team.  Many, many yarnballs and bouncy sponge balls, 4 plastic bats, 4 batting tees, 4 deck rings. Try to hit the ball through the fielding zone to your team's collectos at the other end of the gym. Fielders try to field the ground balls or catch the fly balls in the air. Batters have 2 small waiting lines.  When there is an empty tee the next person in line takes 2 balls out of the ball bucket. Play a few rounds for each team.

created Powerball Scramble
I like to use 6 to 8 teams with 3 or 4 in a team.  Whole bunch of tennis balls with numbers 1-6 on them.  Orange lacrosse balls for the powerball.  Apple trays are from the school kitchen.  Great way to recycle/reuse. First person must get the #1 ball, once it is on the tray then the second person finds the #2 ball, once it is on the tray the 3rd person will repeat the process.  The last ball to be found is the orange powerball.  I have been playing this game for over 15 years.  Kids love it.  I use it as a Field Day Game for all of my grade levels.

created Long Jump Rope Ryhme "Honey Bee"
Groups of 3 or 4.  Jumper stands in the middle.  Turners turn the rope over and say: "I like honey, I like tea, how many bees are stuck to me, 1,2,3,......"
