Who am I?: I am the Director of Sports Training and Competition for Special Olympics Miami-Dade County. I was an Adapted Elementary Physical Eduation Teacher for 5 years in beautiful Miami Beach, Florida. I come from a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor background. Keeping my body in shape and sharing my tips with others have proved to be a rewarding experience.
