created Shake and Break Activity Sheet
I posted a video on relay races on how to keep students moving that would be waiting their turn.  This is a great idea to keep them active.  I attached the document that the teacher used to make the Shake and Break.  All you have to do is buy your rings and print these sheet off.  This activity came from Raytown School District, located in Raytown, Missouri.

created SHAKE AND BREAK eliminate wasted time during RELAY RACES
This is an activity shared at MO AAPHERD from teachers with the Raytown S.D.  The idea is to  keep students moving when doing relay races.  Relay races can get a bad rap and rightly so at times.  This is an excellent way to keep students engaged and moving.   The student that is in front of the line will throw the SHAKE AND BREAK on the ground and will read the exercises to the rest of the line.  The SHAKE AND BREAK  is easy to make and can hold numerous energizers/activities to keep students moving while waiting their turn. I like this idea because the S&B is small and hosts a ton of activities.  Plus it does not bounce around like the foam exercise dice.
