My end of the unit activity for basketball. We don't play 5 vs 5 basketball, but we do put to use the skills learned in this game.  Not shown is the partner version in which partners make 3 passes, alternate shots till a basket is made, and then make 3 more passes to end it.

An activity I learned at the state PE convention in Illinois from a presenter who was Teach of the Year.  Once I find her name I will post it! Teacher reads the book and the students act it out with the use of hula hoops.  Book can be found at any library, probably your school's as well. Bought mine at Target for less than $8.00

A spin on Hot Spots! Several more small groups, 2-3 students per group.  In a relay format, students race to dribble to a basket, shoot from a spot, and if a basket is made, the spot is brought back to their milk crate!  Students try to get as much spots as possible.  With small groups, students waiting for their turn, don't wait long!
