			<description><![CDATA[pe in Illinois is state mandated for daily phys ed! But districts can have waivers which are suppose to run out and have new restrictions for them! In my district we see them 2 times a week for 25 minutes!  Hs and Ms have it daily in most of Illinois.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Texas has required physical education at 135 minutes weekly in elementary but recess can be used to meet the requirement at the elementary level.  Middle school also has requirement but can be on a bi-weekly basis to allow for scheduling.]]></description>
