BFS

Description

I am looking for Bigger Faster Stronger materials and ideas for baseball off-season training.  Any ideas?

Michael,My advice is for you to attend a BFS clinic in your area.  They are really good and you'll learn the core program and the auxillary lifts for baseball.  You can also become certified as a BFS coach.I have the BFS books and program materials.  Let me know if you need more info.

BFS is a good thing if you have a weight room I'm certified, but without a weight room i do a little bit of crossfit with my students. they have their own web site crossfit.com check it out.
