			<description><![CDATA[Michael,My advice is for you to attend a BFS clinic in your area.  They are really good and you'll learn the core program and the auxillary lifts for baseball.  You can also become certified as a BFS coach.I have the BFS books and program materials.  Let me know if you need more info.]]></description>
